2017浦江創新論壇于22日至25日舉行。與會專家在物聯網與全球制造分論壇上表示，目前智能制造產業化轉型升級正有序推進，新一代信息技術已與制造業有效融合。與此同時，智能制造正促進產業形成新業態。

中國商飛上海飛機制造有限公司總工程師姜麗萍表示，虛擬現實技術的發展將進一步完善制造過程中的仿真技術、車間布局及人機工程分析等工作，實現虛擬化制造，可以最大程度縮短研制周期。

上海交通大學副校長奚立峰教授認為，智能制造已促進汽車產業在以下方面形成新業態：一是以智能網聯的新技術拉動整車改革，包括一些新興零部件產業獲得突破。二是車聯網技術的發展，包括傳感器、通信技術、數據處理等技術，使得信息系統更加實時、準確、安全、高效和智能，實現從互聯到網聯協同控制。三是汽車結構發生變化，從燃油汽車到電動車，技術升級給整個汽車行業帶來新機遇。
姜麗萍則認為，未來民機將在四方面實現轉變，一是新技術將飛機結構整體化推向了新的可能。二是飛控系統的智能化。三是制造模式的轉變，即透明工廠。四是敏捷運維模式的轉變，以達到虛擬化的制造、專業化生產、敏捷化加工，柔性化裝備和透明化管理，提高資源的綜合利用率，并有效縮短研制周期。

此外，與會專家還普遍認為，智能制造的戰略落地是制造業在數字化、網絡化的基石上，融合包含人工智能等新一代創新信息技術，實現“智能化”的轉型升級，而人才是轉型升級的關鍵因素之一。

中國機械工程學會科技咨詢委員會副主任、機械科學研究總院原副院長屈賢明認為，人才培育是最主要的保證，發展智能制造必須要有一支龐大的人才隊伍，各個企業首先要對領導干部培訓，再對技術骨干和管理骨干進行培訓，對實施數字化車間或工廠的企業，要進行全員培訓。

同濟大學中德工程學院副院長、工業4.0智能工廠實驗室陳明主任則認為，智能工廠不是無人工廠，人才培養非常關鍵。數字化和網絡化使得技能勞動崗位減少多少，就會增加相應的崗位。目前來看，增加的崗位會更多，如信息技術、數據分析、研發等崗位。
Chen Ming, deputy dean of the school of engineering at tongji university and director of the industrial 4.0 smart factory lab, believes that smart factories are not unattended and that talent cultivation is critical.
