精密加工智能工廠不是無人工廠,人才培養非常

2017浦江創新論壇于22日至25日舉行。與會專家在物聯網與全球制造分論壇上表示,目前智能制造產業化轉型升級正有序推進,新一代信息技術已與制造業有效融合。與此同時,智能制造正促進產業形成新業態。

    中國商飛上海飛機制造有限公司總工程師姜麗萍表示,虛擬現實技術的發展將進一步完善制造過程中的仿真技術、車間布局及人機工程分析等工作,實現虛擬化制造,可以最大程度縮短研制周期。

    姜麗萍則認為,未來民機將在四方面實現轉變,一是新技術將飛機結構整體化推向了新的可能。二是飛控系統的智能化。三是制造模式的轉變,即透明工廠。四是敏捷運維模式的轉變,以達到虛擬化的制造、專業化生產、敏捷化加工,柔性化裝備和透明化管理,提高資源的綜合利用率,并有效縮短研制周期。

    同濟大學中德工程學院副院長、工業4.0智能工廠實驗室陳明主任則認為,智能工廠不是無人工廠,人才培養非常關鍵。數字化和網絡化使得技能勞動崗位減少多少,就會增加相應的崗位。目前來看,增加的崗位會更多,如信息技術、數據分析、研發等崗位。
